we all brush our teeth but do we follow proper method i think not at all problems occurs for that lets discuss how to brush our teeth properly it’s upper jaw it’s lower jaw don’t brush both jaws together upper jaw separately and lower separately lets start from lower jaw this is lip surface this is tongue surface and this is cheek surface if you brush front surface place your brush straight in between lip and teeth such that bristle end will go at the below of the junction of gum and teeth so placement of brush is important at the closing position of your mouth brush will go like this by your wrist movement this is one stroke don’t reverse your wrist movement like this movement will be upwards only then again repeat the movement again repeat repeat 14-15 times at a area occupied by the brush length 14-15 times strokes then we have to move next to that area will do same thing 14-15 strokes per 3 teeth together so we will do same thing all over the outer surface of lower teeth now inner surface will have to flex the tongue place the bristles straight in between tongue and teeth and with the same wrist movement will repeat the procedure for the back side of lower front teeth movement is like that only the upper surface we will brush by scrubbing if brush size is not fitted with front teeth then will have to place the brush vertically 15 strokes per site now upper jaw there also direction of bristle will be towards gum brush will place like this with the movement of the wrist this and again the same procedure 15 strokes like this more will go towards backward, opening of mouth should be less otherwise brush will not go backward properly and cheek muscle will push the brush anteriorly this was the proper method of teeth brushing do this twice a day after breakfast and after dinner use toothbrush with toothpaste don’t use finger and powdered paste
