development of Balmoral Close, which is located just off Carisbrooke Road within South Knighton. Now, this particular home is very special. It offers a great space and it’s got a couple of great features. Let’s go and have a quick look
at the home from the outside before I show you inside. So the property behind me is
at the head of the cul-de-sac and benefits from a garage
that you can see here. We’ve also got this block paved driveway for additional off road parking, as well. So in terms of its location, we’ve got balls clubs close by, we’ve also got tennis clubs, so great for those
recreational facilities. We’ve got nearby Carisbrooke Road, which is gonna give you
easy and quick access to Queens Road and the shopping
parade that’s on offer, but also nearby London Road, it’s gonna give you easy and quick access to Leicester train station, but also, Leicester City Centre. But, let’s not hang around
too long on this gorgeous day and let’s go and have a look at what the property has
to offer from inside. So as we come in to this
beautiful home on Balmoral Close, we’re greeted by this fantastic,
modern, gloss kitchen. We’ve got wooden worktops, we’ve got an integrated dishwasher, washing machine and washer dryer, but further complemented

were my particular favorites for the home, I’m gonna take you upstairs. So upstairs, we’ve got two double bedrooms and that good size third bedroom, as well, together with the family bathroom and don’t forget we do have
the en suite shower room, so really is great space upstairs, but let’s now go and have a look at my two favorite rooms of the home. As I mentioned outside,
the lounge, in particular, is one of my favorite rooms to this home and you can see why. It’s a great space. We’ve got the fireplace, we’ve even got a living
flame effect gas fire, which is gonna keep it nice and toasty on those winter evenings, but just the size of it, we’ve got the space for
the two seater sofa, these two large chairs, as well, we’ve even got the under
stairs storage area, so great for hiding away the
vacuum cleaner and things. So, but, what I really
like about this space is that it opens out
onto the conservatory. So I’m really keen to
show you the conservatory because it does bring
this room to the outside, which then leads onto the garden area. So let’s go and have a look. So now we’ve moved on to the conservatory. It is a great space. It really does extend
from the lounge area, but also, you got this view
of the beautiful garden where we’ve got the patio
area and the lawn area. We’ve also got some raised beds, as well. So, really is a great family space. In the conservatory, we do
have the radiator, as well, that’s keeping it nice
and warm during the winter that’s powered from the
gas central heating. So, if you’re looking for a family home within the South Knighton, Knighton area, this one really should be
top of that short list. You’re not gonna find a better location, it really is secluded, you can hear the birds
chirping in the trees, we’ve got the wooded area, we’ve also got the balls club close by, together with the tennis clubs, as well, so it’s giving you that great access to those recreational facilities, together with the shopping
parade of Queens Road, but also nearby London Road
